Right now the onlly way to create a Wiki account is to be connected on a device on the Cr@ns network (wireless or ethernet)

From the Wiki

1. I click on Connexion in the top left-hand corner of the page then on create one now to begin the creation of the account.

2. I inform WikiName as a login. Its form can be for instance: NameLastname or WikiNickname.
